Lean-burn Natural Gas Catalyst (MOC)
Functions& Uses
- MOC catalyst is primarily used for exhaust gas treatment of alternative fuel engines such as CNG, LNG and LPG with lean-burn technology, which can purify CH4/NMHC/CO and other pollutants in the exhaust gas through catalytic oxidation technology. It is compliant with National IV/V emission standards for alternative fuel engines/vehicles such as road natural gas;
- MOC catalyst can be used with SCR systems and can also be employed for exhaust gas treatment of stationary source gas engines and marine gas engines.
Performance Characteristics
- Conversion efficiency is high, with over 90% conversion efficiency for CH4 and NMHC, and over 95% conversion efficiency for CO;
- Hydrothermal stability is superior, with the property of anti-sulfur;
- The content of precious metal is lower than that of the equivalent catalyst abroad, providing high cost performance.

Natural Gas Three-Way Catalyst (NTWC)
Functions& Applications
NTWC catalyst is primarily employed for treating exhaust gas of CNG, LNG and other alternative fuel engines with equivalent combustion technology, and to purify CH4/NMHC/CO/NOx and other pollutants in the exhaust gas by adopting catalytic oxidation reduction technology.
It meets the National VI emission standards and above for road natural gas engine and other alternative fuel engines/vehicles.
Performance Characteristics
- Three-way window is relatively wide;
- Conversion efficiency is high, with over 95% conversion efficiency of CH4, NMHC and NOx, and over 90% conversion efficiency for CO;
- The ignition temperature is low, while featuring favorable hydrothermal stability and strong sulfur resistance.
