F-DIESEL started to research and develop high pressure common rail system since 2000. Through nearly twenty years development F-DIESEL has formed a complete CRS spectrum which includes four platforms, twelve series common rail pumps, four series injectors and six types common rails. At the moment, in-line type, rotary type and V type CRS products have been used on LD, MD, HD and super HD diesel engines. The diesel engine with CRS products can meet China IV, V, VI on-road, Tier 3 and Tier 4 off- road emission requirements.
In the OE market, the common rail fuel injection system currently manufactured by us can match for light, medium, heavy and super-heavy diesel engines which meet the emission requirements of Euro III-V for on-road diesel engine and Euro III-IV for off-road diesel engine. The applications are covering from vehicle, engineering & construction, generator set, marine and etc. Currently we are the FIE OE supplier for China diesel engine manufacturers including but not limited Sinotruk, Cummins, Yuchai, Weichai, Shangchai, Yunnei, YTO, Lovol and etc.
We are not only developing the whole common rail system for engine makers, but also providing all the fuel injection system spare parts for aftermarket. Our products’ offering includes:
